All Kadari orders are carefully packed to provide ample protection and care to your artworks.
Our packages are shipped via multiple agencies like FedEx, DHL or Dehlivery. The shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork and will be displayed on checkout.
PAN India - Orders will arrive within 7-10 business days.
International Orders - All International orders will arrive within 15 business days. Import duties and taxes additional and will be paid as the artwork reaches final destination.
Shipment Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped. Track your artwork here. Still need help? Reach out to our customer service team at contact@kadariartgallery.com. The authenticity certificate will be shipped separately and will arrive a week after the delivery of the requested artwork.
Once Order Had Been Placed - Let us know within 24 hours. If the order has not been processed we would be happy to do the needful.
Once Order Has Been Shipped or If The Order Has Been Delivered - At this stage we can’t offer any returns, refunds or exchanges. We suggest that before purchase you read all the product details carefully and if required pls connect with us for more details on the artwork.
If You Have Received A Damaged Product - Let us know within 24 hours. Attach pictures and resend the artwork back to us. Cost of return shipping to be borne by customer. Once we receive it and our quality team analyses it, we will either send a replacement or offer store credit or a refund.

Canvas painting, drawings, editioned prints and photography are sent in a tube, with a protective layer of plastic.
All framed works are custom framed packaged in a double walled foam lined box.
All sculptures are carefully wrapped in bubble paper and crate packed with ample protection material.
