Keep your artworks out of direct sunlight. Do not lean anything against the surface of a canvas. Dust your artworks with a clean, soft rag occasionally to prevent dust buildup. Don't use cleaning products or water! Hang your artworks away from very busy and possibly messy areas. Try to avoid subjecting your artworks to extreme changes in atmosphere. Avoid excessive dryness, humidity, heat or cold. Do not frame artworks on canvas under glass, because canvases need to breathe; if it is framed, moisture may be trapped inside. Canvases experience small, subtle shifts over time due to mild atmospheric changes, so, it is best to leave them unframed to allow them to flow with these slight changes.

Bandana Kumari

Bandana strongly believe that human body is made from these five elements of nature. Her work consists of birds, animals, plants, flowers and more. She says, "When god created this world, he also made human beings as the wisest species on this earth. Some of us do not look like humans but posses the qualities and characteristics of an animal. I present women as the strongest creature of the god, I show women as a birds, moon, stars. Similarly of lion, bear, horse, bull, elephant, etc. describe the characteristics of a male." In most of Bandana's paintings we see body of human beings and head of animals making it look dynamic and symbolically representing the power of women being underestimated by the society.
