Metal works are often finished with a protective wax, lacquer, or paint. Indoors, metal art can be cleaned with an oil-based polish and then buffed with a dry rag. Bronze, however, should only be dusted with a lint-free cloth or feather duster. For heavier bronze cleaning, use distilled water, then dry the piece thoroughly.

Janarthanan Rudhramoorthy
Janarthanan Rudhramoorthy was born in 1984 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, has post graduated in Fine Arts from the prestigious Government College of Fine Arts, Chennai. While conceptualising a way to express this preoccupation, it struck to him that the human body is not very different from a bird's nest. A nest is a place where a living creature stays similarly the human body contains the soul that gives sentience to the body. This idea of physical absence/presence fascinates him and he translates this concept into his work using the notion of a trace. He mostly works with mediums like Iron and stainless steel.
